ample parking, clean en-suite shower, quiet street
Rooms lacking curtains let in too much light!!! An awkward walk to get to the nearest shops could be a hassle during inclement weather!!! Maybe consider upgrading the shower amenities for a more luxurious feel!!!

Super comfy stay!
We spent 3 nights here and it was awesome! Carmel was super friendly and really knew the area well. The room was huge and that bed? So comfy! Everything was clean, and I loved having chocs on the pillow every day. It's a short walk to shops and 20 mins to Bowness, but parking could be tricky.

will choose it for sure next trip
I had a single room that was super quiet and spotless. The en-suite shower was great, with plenty of free toiletries too. Amazingly comfy bed, and they even provided tea, coffee, juice, bottled water, and a bit of sherry! TV had streaming services, and the location was perfect near cafes and the lake.

Perfect location and exceptional cleanliness
I had a splendid stay in a Single Room. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and spotless en-suite shower. The little touches, like a bottle of chilled water and snacks, were a delightful surprise. It's perfectly located just a short stroll from shops and cafes in Windermere, making it super convenient for exploring. One small area for improvement could be to offer a more diverse selection of snacks in the room.
